Because our products are custom-printed and designed based on specific age and gender requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 2. Custom-Printed Products

All Crox Baby clothing items are custom-printed according to the designs you select at the time of purchase. This customization process ensures that each item is unique and tailored to your preferences. As such, these items cannot be resold or repurposed once they have been produced.

3. Age and Gender Specifications

Our products are specifically designed and manufactured to fit particular age ranges and genders. This targeted approach guarantees the best fit and comfort for your child. However, it also means that once an item is produced, it cannot be adjusted or modified to fit a different age or gender category.

4. Order Accuracy

To ensure the accuracy of your order, please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase. This includes selecting the correct size, design, and personalization options. 5. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-printed products, we understand that occasionally, items may arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a damaged or defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

7. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. Please note that international returns and exchanges are subject to the same policies as domestic orders, including the non-refundable shipping costs.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
